The purpose of this blog is to provide food for thoughts around the modern “corporate” concept of Leadership, in a view of proposing alternative models, coming from the examples of the simplest people leaving around us or from the ancient icons of leadership, today often forgotten.

The writer believes that Leadership is not a skill, cannot be learned in a corporate training, nor defined with fancy diagrams, and that it comes with experience, true sensitivity to others and humbleness.
